Michael has extensive experiencing providing training and consultancy services to the public, private and government sectors within Australia and the Asia Pacific regions. His services include WHS consulting, incident/accident investigations, HSR, VoCs and training/assessment of nationally recognised qualifications and units of competency from civil, transport and logistics, plant operations and business services.
Michael has been training for over 15 years and continually strives to pass on his wealth of knowledge and skills to his students and provide advice to clients on ways to improve the safety and efficiency of work operations.

Sanet is an experienced training consultant, coach and facilitator with many years of experience in managing and developing teams. She is a talented facilitator and coach who draws upon both corporate and personal experience to bring out the best in her participants.
Sanet is experienced in facilitating leadership development programs at varying levels, from emerging leaders to strategic management. She is passionate about buidling professional confidence and empowering individuals to achieve their goals in line with the larger organisational goals.
Experienced in the development and design of learning programs, as well as the delivery, Sanet believes thta the value of the organisation is greater than the sum of its individuals and to achieve great results, training needs to address both the team and the individual.
Sanet's unique approach comes from her experience as a life coach and executive coach, and she excels at developing a deep rapport with her participants to ensure maximum results from her coaching sessions. Sanet has worked with individuals from a range of demographic groups and is interested in the impact of low self-esteem from a relational perspective in both the corporate as well as personal arenas.
Sanet is also an experienced group coach and facilitator, and is skilled at balancing the needs of a group whilst addressing concerns raised by an individual.

Having had exposure to a wide cross-section of industries and occupations throughout her career, beginning in employment services and eventually progressing into training roles; Therese has now had over 14 years of training experience.
Therese has a strong ability to engage her learners by paying attention to their individual circumstances and learning styles, allowing her to provide individual training support and mentoring services to all students.
With her vast management experience, Therese is able to understand the importance of a supportive, collaborative approach to training.
